Octus
Half octopus and half helicopter, this oily creature only uses its eight tentacles for hovering in mid-air while it fires a ball-bomb at trespassers in the Oil Ocean Zone - it couldn't even squeeze an orange. Sonic loves to dodge the bomb, then bounce it into oblivion.
